Job Description
Enhance client relationships with Scotiabank as a Client Service Associate, providing both administrative support and customer service. Your role will combine in-office tasks and virtual support to Financial Consultants and Portfolio Managers.
Reporting to the Manager of Regional Administration, the Client Service Associate will ensure top-notch service for MD clients. Key responsibilities include serving and selling MD products, preparing client documentation, and facilitating client inquiries. You will maintain high standards by managing follow-ups and establishing client contact plans, while also adhering to all compliance requirements.
