Job Description
Purpose Contributes to the overall success of Canadian Business Banking ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is a product generalist who possesses a good understanding of financial products and services. The CRM focuses on cross‑selling and retention of existing commercial customers, identifies prospects, develops sales pipelines, conducts prospect sales calls, and qualifies opportunities.
