Client Relationship Leader (Toronto)
Job Description
The Client Relationship Leader is responsible for driving successful outcomes for large enterprise customers with a focus on Canadian Retirement and Benefits outsourcing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build deep client relationships, understand their needs and strategic goals, and drive adoption and value realization of purchased products and services.
- Lead post‑sales orchestration of all resources to deliver contractual obligations, manage scope, and ensure service levels are met and exceeded in partnership with Operations leadership.
- Sponsor and monitor project management activities, ensuring alignment between clients and TELUS Health teams on status and results.
- Identify risks and drive mitigation plans, including developing and executing client retention and contract renewal strategies.
- Provide strategic insights and best methodologies for design, implementation, adoption, and migration of emerging industry solutions.
