Mission Statement: Homes First Society develops and provides affordable, stable housing and support services to break the cycle of homelessness for people with the fewest housing options.
Position Type: Permanent, Part-time
Location: 101–121 Kendleton Drive
Hours of Work: Saturday and Sunday, 10 am–6 pm
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $28.00 per hour + 7% lieu in benefits

The Client Programming Coordinator will work with the Client Services team to enhance the well‑being of clients by designing and implementing programs, outings, and recreational activities based on client feedback. The position will evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of these programs, respond to client emergencies, and ensure compliance with Homes First policies, including harm reduction strategies.
