Client Implementation Specialist

Overview

The Client Implementation Specialist engages new clients and manages the full implementation phase. This position is the client’s main point of contact during implementation and is responsible for overall client success and satisfaction during the implementation of our products/services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete client shell setup and dashboard creation in Prism (HRIS) for new clients.
  • Manage multiple client implementations, run first payroll(s), and train newly onboarded clients.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute implementation project plans.
  • Consult with clients to determine payroll, HR, and benefit needs; recognize client business concerns and recommend and implement an appropriate solution.
  • Maintain Client Space (CRM) by updating milestones, tasks, and other related items.
