Client Engagement & Trading Support Specialist

Kraken in Valdivia, Chile, is looking for a Client Engagement Trading EXP specialist. In this role, you will be the initial contact for clients needing help with trading products, including spot, margin, futures, and Kraken Desktop. You will answer inquiries across various platforms and ensure excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have experience using the Kraken Pro platform. A strong understanding of trading and the ability to work evenings and weekends are necessary. This is a fixed-term position for 6 months.
