Client Engagement Specialist - Trading Platform Expert

Kraken is seeking a Client Engagement Trading EXP specialist in Puerto Saavedra, Chile. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with trading products including consumer, futures, and Kraken Desktop. You will resolve inquiries across many platforms and focus on delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have experience with the Kraken Pro platform, knowledge of trading practices, and strong client support skills. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
