Job Description
Oversee and enhance cleaning services at facilities as a Cleaning Supervisor. Responsible for training, supervising staff, budgeting, and ensuring high cleanliness standards through inspections.
In this role, you will manage and train cleaning staff while coordinating all operations onsite. Regular inspections will be conducted to uphold safety protocols and cleanliness. Additionally, you will prepare budget forecasts and make recommendations for any service enhancements needed. Establishing work schedules for the team will be a core part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and arrange training for cleaning personnel
