This position involves cleaning entrances, offices, and common areas while also supporting maintenance tasks as needed. You will work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring all equipment is maintained and performing efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean building entrances, elevators, and common areas
• Maintain vacant suites and perform touch-ups
• Pick up interior and exterior garbage
• Assist with snow removal and required painting
• Ensure proper equipment management and maintenance
