The Change Advisor will collaborate with claims stakeholders and change management colleagues to champion and monitor change initiatives. Your role will involve tracking activities, providing insightful reports to management, and facilitating impact analysis with business partners. You'll also prepare change management plans and assist in training facilitation and communication.
