About the Role
Smith & Co is currently seeking experienced Civil Operators and Labourers for multiple active civil construction projects across Toowoomba. We are working with established Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 contractors delivering ongoing infrastructure, subdivision, and earthworks projects throughout the region.
These opportunities offer consistent work, strong site hours, and the chance to secure long-term employment with reputable civil contractors. Positions are available for skilled operators across various machinery as well as experienced civil labourers who are confident working in fast-paced construction environments.
