McElhanney has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineering Designer to join our growing Lloydminster team. This role is ideal for a seasoned design professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys a mix of technical work and project coordination, and is looking to contribute to impactful municipal and land development projects across the region.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll work alongside engineers, technologists, planners, and field staff to deliver high‑quality civil design solutions for both public and private sector clients.
