As a Civil/Structural Project Engineer, you will be a key part of our civil, structural, and geotechnical department in Vancouver, BC. Your role involves both technical execution and leadership of projects following a seller‑doer model—leading projects, developing client relationships, and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of engineering mandates for civil and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring high‑quality technical solutions and project delivery.
• Act as the proposal lead, preparing technical proposals, defining project scope, and engaging with clients to secure new work.
• Participate actively in business development, working closely with our leadership team to identify and pursue strategic opportunities.
