Job Description
Become the driving force behind the City’s HR strategies as the Manager of Human Resources, overseeing compliance, recruitment, and employee development. This is a full-time, pivotal leadership position.
The Manager of Human Resources works closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to enhance HR services for City employees. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from administering payroll and benefits to managing labor relations and policy compliance. Your expertise will contribute to developing progressive human resource programs that promote a culture of growth and open communication.
