Responsibilities
- Manage Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and Cloud resources
- Optimize system performance and reliability
- Collaborate on cloud migration and implementation projects
- Resolve complex Level 3 incidents and technical support
- Train junior IT members on best practices
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Citrix administration
- Solid knowledge of Azure and virtual environments
- Certification in Citrix products is a plus
- Bilingualism required in Quebec
- Eligible to work in Canada
