CIMT College is seeking a dedicated PSW Instructor for our Gentle Persuasive Approaches course. This role involves teaching both online and in-person while utilizing comprehensive instructional resources.
As a PSW Instructor at CIMT College, you will play a vital role in training aspiring Personal Support Workers. You must possess a strong understanding of adult teaching strategies and ensure a professional, inclusive learning environment. Additionally, you will adapt curriculums and evaluations to meet student needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Instruct curriculum using pre-authorized materials • Conduct diverse teaching methods: lectures, discussions, and demonstrations • Monitor and evaluate student progress • Provide timely feedback on assessments • Maintain accurate attendance and classroom organization
