Step into a Moulding Manager role at our rural chocolatier! This permanent, full-time job centers on overseeing molding processes with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for planning daily operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to essential health and safety regulations. Supervision of 1 to 2 team members is also a key aspect. Being comfortable standing for long periods is a requirement of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize chocolate molding operations daily
• Organize inventory to ensure availability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
