As an Employment Consultant, you will lead client assessments and develop action plans tailored to individual goals. Your expertise in career development will guide clients through complex barriers and foster partnerships with local employers. You will ensure each client's journey toward employment is supported, fostering a safe and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive Client Needs Assessments
• Create and manage individual action plans for clients
• Evaluate client progress against established goals
• Collaborate with external organizations for support
• Research job opportunities and employer engagement
Requirements:
• Experience in employment coaching with diverse clients
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred
