As a senior executive, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and oversee several key direct reports, including Vice President and Director-level roles. Your mission includes executing people and culture strategies aligned with organizational goals, modernizing HR infrastructure, and enhancing employee engagement across diverse teams. The CPCO will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive environment that encourages individual potential and community well-being.
