Job Description
Lead operational excellence as Chief Engineer in Svitzer's Floating Pool. Maintain high-power tug machinery while navigating a dynamic port environment.
In this hands-on role, you will be accountable for the condition and readiness of your engine room. You’ll support the crew and Master to ensure uninterrupted operations with minimal downtime. This position demands technical skills to diagnose issues under pressure while ensuring safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and operate high-power tug machinery
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot promptly
• Ensure engine room safety and readiness at all times
• Collaborate with Master and crew for operational efficiency

Requirements:
• Minimum STCW III/3 Chief Engineer certification
• Valid ENG1 and STCW certifications
