Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (required). - 5 years of experience as a General Accountant. - Experience in Shared Services environments (preferred). - Intermediate/advanced English. - Strong ability to supervise, develop, and motivate talent. - Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations: NIF, ISR, IVA, DIOT, IFRS, with monthly and annual compliance. - Inventory management: valuation, turnover, physical counts, and variance analysis. - Internal control and compliance: control design and documentation, SOX (preferred), s...
