Job Description

As Chef de Partie-Pastry, you are responsible for full responsibility for all aspects of the daily bakery and pastry operation for the entire kitchen department but not limited to take active part in the actual food preparation and to ensure that products are consistently prepared according to the highest possible standards, manage the bakery and pastry staff and to ensure that bakery and pastry equipment is maintained properly, that the highest standards of cleanliness are kept and that safe food handling is practiced at all times, establish regular work schedules, section plans and rotations for the bakery and pastry staff in conjunction with the Executive Chef, ensure that a high standard service is provided at all times and to deal with guest complaints and comments in an efficient and timely manner.
