Profile / Skills
Electrical Engineering or related field
3-5 years experience in the energy sector, focusing on LV/MV power distribution products and systems
Experience in developing channel sales, distributors, contractors and OEMs
Technical understanding of LV/MV products and solutions for an electric power distribution system
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‐functional teams
English required; Chinese is a plus
Main Responsibilities
Channel planning and optimization: collect market data, research industry structure, policies and regulations, formulate channel sales area division, adjust channel structure to improve coverage and distribution capabilities, and implement channel development strategies
