Change Manager

We are looking for a Change Manager to support multiple transformation initiatives across a large operational environment. In this hybrid role, you will design, execute, and monitor integrated change strategies that drive people readiness, adoption, and long‑term reinforcement. You will work closely with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to guide organizations through cultural, process, role, and technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured change management strategies and integrated plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Identify, manage, and elevate change‑related risks and resistance.
• Act as a trusted change advisor to sponsors, leaders, and project teams.
