Compensation

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise a team of Peer Counselors serving families in high‑risk behavioral health interventions.
• Provide safety support by identifying high‑risk, clinically complex circumstances involving Peer Counselors and notifying stakeholders, including the Clinical Supervisor and Manager/Director.
