Centralized Leasing Manager – responsible for being the first point of contact for prospective residents across Onni’s residential portfolio. Shape the resident experience, manage digital campaigns, craft marketing strategies, and master rentable item upsells in Yardi to drive occupancy success.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing market analysis and remain current on rental rates and consumer trends.
• Support the execution of marketing and leasing strategies for residential properties by coordinating digital and print advertisements, updating signage and promotional materials, maintaining websites and splash pages, and suggesting e‑blast ideas.
• Compile daily, weekly, or monthly activity reports, lease summary reports, market reports and expiring lease analysis as required, in conjunction with the VP of Residential PM.
