Job Description
Become a vital part of the HRIS team at Centennial College as an HRIS Support Analyst. This role focuses on troubleshooting, report management, and user training while supporting the college's operations.
Reporting to the Associate Director, HRIS and Operations, you'll provide essential day-to-day support for end-users in HRIS systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting system errors, managing project documentation, and training users. You will also validate reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission, which is crucial for operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer 2nd level troubleshooting support for HRIS users
• Conduct testing for new system functionality and enhancements
• Compile project reports for review and analysis
• Draft user training materials reflecting system updates
• Coordinate HRIS data for College Council Surveys
