(Cen) Process Engineer
Job Description
Lead and assure compliance of safety, environmental, quality, operational and optimization in cement operations, by providing technical, process and operational support on programmed or outstanding activities. Guarantee assessment and plans are conducted to improve as well as train personnel in the cement operations department, promoting always a safe and engaging work place following CEMEX Standards.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Process Support to cement operations.
- Lead process assessments to detect and improve pyro process conditions.
- Optimize cement production lines.
- Train process engineers in operations facilities.
- Process support to expansion projects for new lines.
- Coordinate and lead activities or projects in cement plants.
- Evaluation of new technologies (kilns, bruners, pre-heaters, etc.)
- Impact assessment of new alternative fuels in pyro-process.
