Job Description
Lead the charge in exceptional winemaking as a Cellar Master dedicated to Chardonnay and Bordeaux excellence. Collaborate in a unique environment set in a stunning wine region focused on quality craftsmanship.
This is an opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in winemaking, bringing 2 years of cellar experience and at least 3 harvests, including international exposure. You'll work closely with the Winemaker to execute strategic aspects of production while supervising a seasonal crew and maintaining rigorous quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations related to grape processing
• Support and communicate with the Winemaker
• Train seasonal crew members in best practices
• Keep detailed records of production and lab results
• Contribute to quality assurance and SOP development
