The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Technology Lead to own and scale personalization, customer data, and consent management capabilities across Fisher's digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and marketing and is responsible for connecting our CDP (Tealium), enterprise data platform (Databricks), and activation channels (web, Client Center, LMS, SFMC).
