Job Description

At Anderson Concrete, we've built upon the strength and resilience of our family heritage to provide over 100 years of service to the City of Columbus and all of central Ohio.We are looking for CDL B drivers to deliver ready-mixed concrete to residential and commercial construction projects, and road construction sites, within specific time windows as established by the customer and by the truck dispatcher. - Hourly Pay: $28.60-$29.35
- Union employer with 40 hours guaranteed weekly
- Overtime after 8 hours a day
- New Hire Bonus: Once the new hire completes their probationary period, they will receive $500.00
- Referral Bonus: The employee who referred the new hire will receive $400.00 after the new hire has worked 500 hours. The employee who referred the new hire will also receive an additional $600.00 after the new hire works 1,100 hours.
