This Position reports to:
Procurement Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**
The work model for the role is**:#L-onsite**
This role contributes directly to the **ELSP P&L - Sourcing for Plastics Components** and reports to the sourcing team in **Electrification** in Monterrey, N.L., México.
Key internal stakeholders include R&D, Product Engineering, Operations, and Quality, while external stakeholders are primarily strategic suppliers of plastic components and materials.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies aligned with business goals for the **Plastics** category.
