Job Description
Make a positive impact as a Case Manager at ENVIROS' Triveri House, supporting vulnerable youth aged 18-29. This full-time role focuses on intensive case management to improve clients’ wellbeing.
As a Case Manager, you will provide direct support to tenants in a supportive housing program for young adults at risk of homelessness. This position requires you to have a degree or diploma in a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will act as a systems navigator, advocating for tenants and ensuring they have access to health and education resources.
