Carrier Excellence Manager / Continuous Improvement

About the role
As a Carrier Excellence Manager, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost optimization within a manufacturing environment.
This role plays a critical part in driving Carrier Excellence culture across the plant by leading Lean transformation projects, coordinating A'3 problem‐solving activities, and developing high‐performing teams that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, lead time reduction, cycle time optimization, and cost savings across manufacturing operations.
Coordinate and drive A'3 meetings, problem‐solving activities, and Lean transformation projects to improve operational performance.
Manage and develop a team of Carrier Excellence professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational goals.
