Job Overview

This position focuses on maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various industrial settings such as mills, mines, hospitals, and plants.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance with building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• Schedule and coordinate work on sites.
• Supervise other workers (3–4 people).

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience.
