What You'll Do:

Working under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager, you’ll take on a variety of hands‑on tasks across residential and commercial builds. Some of the work includes:

• Framing and erecting walls
• Installing windows, doors, and interior finishes
• Setting floor trusses, subfloors, and roof trusses
• Constructing decks and performing rough carpentry
• Working with wood, ICF foundations, and other materials
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling with precision
