Caregiver/Home Care Aide

Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Grocery shopping and errands Transportation assistance and accompaniment to appointments Monitor client well-being and report concerns Maintain accurate records and documentation Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment Work Environment This position is performed in client residences throughout Southern California. Caregivers provide non-medical support services and do not perform skilled nursing or clinical healthcare procedures.
