Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Car Sales Consultant role based in Richmond Hill, ON. The Car Sales Consultant will welcome and engage customers in the showroom, identify their needs, and present suitable vehicle options and features. Responsibilities include conducting test drives, explaining financing and leasing options in collaboration with the finance team, and guiding customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery. The role involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, following up with leads and past customers to support retention, and ensuring a professional, positive experience at every interaction. The Car Sales Consultant will also complete required paperwork accurately, update the CRM system, and support dealership events and promotional activities as needed.
