Capital Program Manager - Professional Engineer

GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB

Provides basic life support assistance on an emergency basis for the care and treatment of sick and injured person(s).

EXAMPLES OF WORK

• Drives a Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance in a variety of conditions in response to emergency calls.
• Provides basic life support.
• Performs both medical and non-medical transfers.
• Participates in the care and upkeep of assigned equipment: BLS ambulance, basic life support equipment.
• May participate in presentations as requested and scheduled at schools, civic groups and other public safety agencies.
• Maintains adequate supplies of consumable supplies; restocks as needed.
• Attends training sessions; maintains all required certifications and forwards copies to the Shift Training Officer.
• Must be able to meet work schedule and attendance standards.
• Performs related duties as required.
