Position Overview

Our client, a growing firm providing integrated accounting, tax, and legal services to Canadian and US clients ranging from small owner‑managed enterprises to large private organizations, trusts and partnerships, requires a Canadian Tax Principal to join their Calgary team. This role offers the prospect to work alongside some of Canada’s top tax professionals in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Advise business owners and clients on a full spectrum of tax services, including business and succession planning, reorganisations, cross‑border tax issues, and related tax compliance.
• Manage and oversee engagement teams focused on partnership, corporate, trust and individual tax clients, including planning, execution, training, mentoring and client relationship management.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns (T1, T2, T3, T5013), elections and regulatory filings (T1134, T106).
