Position Summary

Develop and manage store specific building designs for the New Stores Program, ensuring alignment with company standards, program requirements, and approved schedule & budgets. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and oversee external consultants to deliver complete construction drawing packages and secure timely municipal approvals.

This role is responsible for leading the design process for new store projects from pre‑approval through completion. It manages all external architectural and engineering consultants, ensuring adherence to program standards, performance expectations, and project schedules.
