Position Summary

The People Lead supports the Store Manager and leadership team by leading human resources functions that promote compliance, engagement, and operational excellence. This role ensures fair and consistent employment practices, develops talent, and fosters a culture aligned with Walmart’s values through effective communication, training, and digital innovation.

Minimum rate of pay: $21.35 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assists leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR-related issues; and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.
