CAN Driver

Position Overview

This is an interview position involving operating company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages across a minimum of 15 routes in a flexible capacity. The courier will act as a mentor and role model for hourly employees, demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership through best‑practice methods.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles and provide efficient delivery and pickup of packages across a minimum of 15 routes.
• Work as a courier without assigned regular routes; cover open routes as needed.
• Serve as a mentor and role model to hourly employees, demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership.
• Promote continued sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible.
