About This Position

Working within the Cougars Campus Store, this is a flexible position whose work schedule is variable and may include an irregular schedule of not less than three (3) hours per shift and up to thirty-five (35) hours per week. This position provides key operational support and customer service for daily functions across the physical and digital operations of the bookstore. Associates are responsible for delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional service in all actions and interactions, including processing transactions on the tills, assisting on the sales floor (textbook information desk and apparel), fulfilling and packaging online orders, receiving s...
