Job Description
Become a student leader as a Resident Advisor with Campus Living Centres. This position offers you a chance to mentor peers, develop programs, and foster community in a residence setting.
As a Resident Advisor (RA), you will support students transitioning to college by creating a safe and engaging living environment. This role requires a commitment of 0-20 hours weekly and involves mentoring, community building, and administration tasks. RAs will assist in conflict resolution and ensure adherence to community standards while actively promoting attendance at residence activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate social and educational programs monthly
• Maintain visibility and accessibility during shifts
• Attend training sessions and weekly staff meetings
• Complete administrative duties and incident reports
• Serve as a resource for residents' academic and personal needs
