The Camp Director is responsible for leading the overall operations of Camp Okema, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and vision. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role oversees all aspects of camp administration, staffing, programming support, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise paid and volunteer staff.
• Coordinate camper registrations, rentals, and donations.
• Assist in recruitment and training of summer staff and volunteers.
• Manage logistical planning such as program resources, food, recreational and medical supplies.
• Work closely with maintenance personnel to ensure a safe and well‑functioning camp environment.
