Job Description

Responsibilities

:

  • Repairs and upkeep to structures at Camp Ciyanjano

  • Maintain safety standard and building codes

  • Oversee and participate in building projects as assigned

  • Maintain vehicles, small machinery, power tools and appliances

  • Storage, repair, replacement, and upkeep of all equipment

  • Monitor and maintain water system, including all plumbing infrastructure and supply

  • Arrange for repair of all systems

  • Purchase of maintenance and building supplies and tools as instructed

  • Lead STT work projects that involve construction and development

  • Participate in and coordinate activities for STT missions trips, including purchasing supplies

  • Supervise any maintenance help or assistants

  • Oversee national staff for groundskeeping

  • Work as liaison to local council/provincial authorities for building and development projects
