Call Center Representative BDC - Acura Service

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Supplementing the service team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.

+ Scheduling service appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests.

+ Field phone and internet inquiries.

+ Update clients on the prog...
