Job Description
Join PCL Construction in Calgary as a Health, Safety & Environment Supervisor. Oversee HSE plans, engage in training, and ensure safety compliance on designated projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing health and safety regulations and monitoring project compliance. With a focus on training and coaching, you'll enhance the capabilities of HSE Coordinators and other team members. Additionally, your conflict resolution skills will enhance stakeholder engagement and support incident investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement HSE communication strategies on projects
• Identify and evaluate hazards to enhance safety actions
• Lead project safety inspections and continuous monitoring
• Develop response plans for emergencies and security
• Cultivate positive relationships with all stakeholders
