Job Description
Take the lead at CAE as a Training Solutions Execution Lead in the Canadian Future Fighter Lead-In Training program. You will be integral in executing training development strategies and ensuring program success with hybrid work flexibility.
As the TSE, you will oversee all aspects of training execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including SMEs and management. Your responsibilities include leading teams, tracking project progress, and managing risks within the ADDIE framework for impactful training solutions.
